A great feature to add the option for customers. Custom service has been very responsive in making this seamless with Shopify and easy to use.
This is such a good idea - not much take up yet - but it will come. Very easy to install then just leave it alone and let it work

According to the app maker, issue with the app has been fixed. I haven't reinstalled it but I still like the idea so I'm giving it 4 stars.
App ended up removing my site's header. Had to restore it from a backup. Good concept though.
