Daniel is awesome. He was able to answer me clearly and with supreme patience. I had 3 questions and he accommodated them all.
I used this app to send cart recovery emails. I absolutely love it. Super easy to set up and use and definitely recommend.
It does it magic well as long as customer remember to sign up with their email. 1/4 of my orders are coming from cart recovery rate which is pretty strong.
Finally, we have a way to communicate with folks who for some reason, didn't complete their purchase. It took me a few editions, and sure enough, I figured it out. You guys are Champions! Honey Jaks

It does what it's say as well as showed anonymous customers and hopefully recover my abandoned cart. It's completely free
