Finally, we have a way to communicate with folks who for some reason, didn't complete their purchase. It took me a few editions, and sure enough, I figured it out. You guys are Champions! Honey Jaks
LOVE IT! really love this alot. it was the most helpful app and for you guys to make me write a full review like this is really waisting my time when i have orders to fulfill.
I like the purpose of the app but it seems to not be logging MANY of my abandoned checkout customers. It also does not seem to be sending emails automatically. Personally, I feel like this app does not work well, but I have been in contact with customer support who responded within a day and told us they are looking into it. 2-stars only because the customer support. I will edit this review with a follow-up if and when it's functionality is restored.
I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience, however looking at your app installation log, it seems that you have been using Carecart for over 5 months now, so I am assuming that our support team did helped you out in fixing the issues you faced earler.

This App is amazing. I recommend this for every shopify store. Wasn't confusing at all. Literally takes less than 1 minute

Seems great so far! They ask for a review before you really even use the app so I honestly have no idea how it works. I'll edit if it sucks.
