This app has a lot of potentials! It does an awesome job of capturing abandoned carts, even by anonymous buyers which unfortunately unable to be recovered since those buyers had not yet entered their email address. But Care Cart has now come up with Email Collector which is definitely a value-added feature. Unfortunately it is going to be a paid feature. That said, it is still a great app for its core function of abandoned cart recovery and best of all, free!

We only started using the app today, so cannot comment on the amount of recovered carts. What we can say is the support is one of the best we have used, very helpful and went out of her way to assist us . Thank you
