Great App. I have used and tried this app for a few months now and its great. It follows up with an email without me having to do it manually.

exactly what i needed to recover and send abandon carts to customers. free and does everything i need it to do.

It is reporting the abandoned check outs but no conversions as of yet. Early days will let you know if there is any change.

The App is phenomenal and customer service/chat support is so fast and they are so helpful. I recommend this app and trust to do business with this company.
