Super helpful, intuitive, and something we're excited to continue to leverage. Set-up was easy, engagement with our influencers is simple, and the cross-platform influencer searching is eye-opening.

The app was working fine and helped you identify all the influencers interacting with your brand crossing data from Shopify, Instagram, Youtube and e-mail database.

However, on May 9th they changed the code and added an extra snippet to our site that was causing slower loading + thousands of 404 errors (one per each pageview). I reached them to complain and to ask for a solution/removal of that code (because if I manually delete it the app installs it back automatically) and they told me that my best solution would be to remove Carro.

So they published a buggy code (in beta testing) into my site, without letting me know in advance or asking for permission, and now they say is not possible to remove it because is a "major component" of the app. What? I used your app to discover influencers for weeks before having that "major component" buggy code installed without permission! It's not necessary and should be 100% optional to have it, since it's a feature not everybody will be using (Influencer Checkout).

This App it's absolutely awesome!!!!!! Everyone works with influencer marketing must have this App!!

Using Carro has been a game-changer for us at Ursa Major. Especially the product request feature. To date, we've been shipping influencers product from our office. With this feature, our warehouse will be able to take on this time-consuming (but important!) task. The team at Carro (especially Cade) is also super helpful and very fast at providing assistance.

I was introduced to the Carro app during the beta phase. And I must say I was impressed with the level of growth, integration and ease of use this platform has created. Discovering influencers and finding authenticity is one of the biggest challenges brands face these days during the age of social media. We are bombarded with noise and Carro helps cut through that and builds the trust in one easy spot. Having used the beta and the original framework and seeing where it is now I AM STOKED. Carro is one of the best sales boosting apps we've ever used. We originally installed the app to get more information on our social media influencer base. This has been helpful in forging new partnerships but the real value from our perspective is the retailer marketplace. We have expanded our ranges and generated incremental sales without making any changes to our back office. Carro requires time to get value but there is a lot of value for business owners who take the time to use the app to its fullest potential.

Eli at Carro has been a great help. David is also super to work with. Each time we reach out on the chat, they respond quickly and with good guidance.
