Carro: Collaborative Commerce

This app has been working perfectly for our ethical and sustainable marketplace, they are key to our model, solving our inventory and fulfillment issues with ease. Their customer support is so good that I almost LIKE having questions problems so that I can reach out and work with them. Definitely recommend, and if you're on the platform and sell socially or environmentally responsible products, look us up for a partnership! They make it so easy.

Possibly my favorite app on Shopify. Carro has been fantastic for expanding our product catalog and increasing our AOV.

I really love the feature where we can see which influencers subscribe to our newsletter. Game changer! I sent an email with tailored messaging to influencers to boost our ambassador program and we immediately saw results. It's great to be able to start researching potential new influencers to engage with from a list where you know they're already interested in your brand, your product, and your message. The work of connecting is already done.

Carro has one of the most seamless and comprehensive experiences among all sales channels on Shopify. From the app's design, resources available, attentive and supportive customer service, they've quickly become our go-to-tool. The app's influencer side is actually a game-changer because we've been doing all of our work of finding influencers manually. To be able to get connected to those who are actually interested in working with brands, particularly our brand, has helped cut our manual outreach and onboarding process. We're able to hit the ground running faster and harder. It's also great that it's free to use, so we're not rushing to figure out how to use, understand, and leverage the platform before the trial runs out or to justify a hefty monthly cost. Carro has been a huge bonus to our business. By having the social influencer dashboard, it's saved us a ton of time combing through IG looking for users who are already connected to our brand. Now adding on the Brand Partnerships should just take it to the next level!
