I first knew Carro from a business partner. I really like this App. Because it’s very easy to set up, and it has features of brand partnership as well as influencer partnership in one app together. It was quick and easy to have it up and running. Never realized some celebrities are following our brand, so that was extremely exciting! Helpful to see who we are attracting which helps strengthen our brand over time. The team at Carro is also very efficient and easy to talk to, so this is a great experience. The platform is also very user-friendly, so it was quick to get used to. Overall, we recommend this to any brands looking to connect with their followers.

There is no app out there that allows me to manage product request with my influencer base. Carro allows me to explore my types of followers and decide what engagement and content is right for my brand.
I can favorite my best influencers and establish an exchange of products and content. The ability to advertise with an influencer for promoting our product without concern for receiving no or zero CPA from paid advertising on other social networks.
This allows me to have an authentic relationship with creators and peoiple that are respected by their social groups and not only drives sales, but increased promotion of my products through their reach and other social groups by sharing real experiences and stories with my brand.

I looove this app. I couldnt believe that I had so many influencer within my niche alredy following and showing interest in MY product. it’s amazing. Now I’m ready to reachout to work with some of them. It’s AWESOME!

Absolute SCAM. Paying $250 a month even after we cancelled. Why does Shopify permit fraudulent companies like this on their platform.

We attempted to downgrade you to the free subscription plan four weeks before your extended free trial came to an end, but no one from your team responded to us. In addition, we refunded you in full immediately after you were charged, and contacted you to make sure you were aware.

As my follower count grows, it's hard to track new followers, and extinguish who are the relevant ones. Carro's interface is incredible, and we can't wait for new futures to be released. Keep up and good luck!

I've used this app for 2 months and it doesn't do what it says. I thought it would help me find influencers, It does not I just happened to find ONE on my own. Then the influencer I found, shows up in the app. If you not helping me find influencers then what's the point of the app?? Because its just sitting in my sales channel taking up space.

Carro identifies influencers by scanning the data sources that you connect to Carro. If a celebrity, an influencer, and/or a member of the press is interacting with your brand as a customer, email subscriber, or follower, we’ll let you know.
The number/quality of influencers that Carro is able to identify is dependent on the data sources that you connect. We’ve discovered 6.3 million influencers for the 26,200+ brands that use our free app.

The data policy is not clear. Acquire more information from your account, and also the app causes profiles to register on your website.

Secondly, I want to make it explicitly clear that Carro does not “cause profiles to register” anywhere. We do not have a feature that supports this kind of functionality. I’m still in the early stages of incorporating the app with our online store, and I Love the platform. We have experience with other apps connecting sellers & brands and this one has a real great potential Customer service is fast, professional and with follows ups to make sure they resolve any issue we might have, And this is always the most important for us… when starting a new partnership,
