So far, terrific. I have been looking high and low for a platform like this. So many platforms are saturated with the typical, exhausted products but Carro seems to be changing the game! Everything is easy to navigate and understand, the variety of available products is fantastic!

The team at Carro were brilliant! Unlike almost everyone else, they didn't charge me any upfront fees to set-up and start selling. As a founder who put in so much, I cannot express how much I appreciate this. The platform is easy to use and they provide service better than almost every partner business I worked with.

We joined Carro at its early stages! It's been humbling watching the exponential growth it's experienced since. The sheer volume of the brands they've onboarded in 6 months is incomprehensible and hasn't been at the expense of quality. Industry disruptors and very reputable brands have joined the network allowing us retailers more options to choose from. Additionally, David Rice is beyond helpful, available, and communicative. Can't imagine our business without it :)

Carro has helped my business to grow exponentially. I have been able to source high quality, unique products that my customers love. Carro handles virtually everything. The service I have recieved from thier support team has been tremendous. I do think the app is a touch expensive with both a monthly fee and a 5% commission, but it definatley produces results.

We did the 7 day free trial,
We didnt see a fit with the product and followed the instructions to close the trial subscription. We are now recieving emails saying our trial is up and we will need to pay $750 to this company we arent using.

This app has been working perfectly for our ethical and sustainable marketplace, they are key to our model, solving our inventory and fulfillment issues with ease. Their customer support is so good that I almost LIKE having questions problems so that I can reach out and work with them. Helped me recognize who follows me that I could potentially create an influencer relationship with.

We've used the Carro app for a few months now and have had great success in onboarding brands through the platform. While there have been a few bumps in the road, the Carro team has been quick to respond and work through different troubleshooting processes with our team and our partners which has lead to a lot of learning and new ideas for how we can better grow our business and lessen the pains of e-commerce integrations. I would choose to work with their team everyday and encourage you to click that 'add app' button. It's been a great experience thus far and there's definitely more great things coming.

Carro needs a bit more time to work out the little details to make this service work for my shop. In theory, Carro should be amazing when everything is up and running and hopefully I'll be able re-install and make it work for my shop. I'm giving Carro a 4 star rating entirely based on their customer service. Right now, their service is up close and personal and that is rare in our internet age. Hopefully they are able to maintain that level of personal care for their customers.

Absolute SCAM. Paying $250 a month even after we cancelled. Why does Shopify permit fraudulent companies like this on their platform.

Carro has great customer service and easily fulfills order via Shopify. It was a seamless experience and I'm happy to use their leverage to increase my sales.

Carro is super responsive and seems to really care about their partners and network. I am glad to finally find something that will help my Shopify store get serious partners and collaborators through this much needed app. Also, my biggest ambassador for my store (4.5 million followers on YouTube) I would have never connected with had I not used Carro!

My experience of on-boarding with Carro was excellent. Navigating through setting up the app on Shopify, choosing products from other retailers to feature on my website, reaching out to Influencers, and speaking with a rep on Google Meets to answer more detailed questions was seamless. Carro is professional and is setting the standard for a new way of doing business - through Collaboration.

Good for the most part. Oftentimes, the supplier does not reply to messages, and you cannot get access to their stores as easy as I would like, but I am not sure what Carro can do to assist with this.

Carro has one of the most seamless and comprehensive experiences among all sales channels on Shopify. From the app's design, resources available, attentive and supportive customer service, they've quickly become our go-to-tool. The app's influencer side is actually a game-changer because we've been doing all of our work of finding influencers manually. To be able to get connected to those who are actually interested in working with brands, particularly our brand, has helped cut our manual outreach and onboarding process. We're able to hit the ground running faster and harder. It's also great that it's free to use, so we're not rushing to figure out how to use, understand, and leverage the platform before the trial runs out or to justify a hefty monthly cost. This app is great for finding influencers that are already within your network. I'm looking forward to using the brand partnership. With the brand partnership feature, my store will have the ability to scale and serve our customers.

We have 3 stores that are on the Carro Sales Channel. David Rice and his team are awesome. They are always very helpful whenever you have a question or a setup issue. Their channel has helped us grow by allowing us to cross-sell with other brands to get our brand out. Especially when you are first starting out, you can add other items on your store to help upsell your niche by partnering with other brands in your niche.

Carro is one of the best sales boosting apps we've ever used. We originally installed the app to get more information on our social media influencer base. This has been helpful in forging new partnerships but the real value from our perspective is the retailer marketplace. We have expanded our ranges and generated incremental sales without making any changes to our back office. Carro requires time to get value but there is a lot of value for business owners who take the time to use the app to its fullest potential.

App didn't help at all, which is fine. However, I removed this app weeks ago and it is still showing up on my website. PLEASE REMOVE!!!!!!!

I tried using the app to help me sell, as the app description state's - leveraging other store sites to maximize marketing and exposure. However I was matched with a vendor whose products were gory and just out of sync with my products. Just throws off the image of my store! Very Bad look for my store.

I've used this app for 2 months and it doesn't do what it says. I thought it would help me find influencers, It does not I just happened to find ONE on my own. Then the influencer I found, shows up in the app. If you not helping me find influencers then what's the point of the app?? Because its just sitting in my sales channel taking up space.

We have been testing Carro's new retail partnerships feature. There have been some learning curves, but we can say Carro has been all over every bug and issue and working hard to correct as fast as possible. Appreciate the high-touch, thoughtful support and innovative approach to partnerships.
