Installed, but it does not work so far :( can i get some support?

I took the time to personally test the Skip To Checkout functionality on your store, and I'm pleased to report that it seamlessly initiates the checkout process when the Add To Cart button is clicked. Occasionally, there might be a slight delay in the app's activation upon initial setup due to browser caching, but rest assured, it's designed to work smoothly thereafter.

The app works great. The developers were able to help me pretty fast with the small issues that I had!
Amazing app, working smoothly and helping me to skip the cart. I needed some help with the app configuration and jumped to the chat and to my surprise, someone instantly helped me and fixed the issue with my theme that was not working fine with the skip cart feature.
Definitely recommend!

We wanted a simple way to hide the Add to Cart button and decided to try this app. We needed a couple tweaks to the functionality. Customer service was superb. They were responsive, fast, and did exactly what we needed! Thank you!!
This App does exactly what I need. You may have to contact support for some tweaks, but they respond quickly and get it done for you. It's not perfect for my needs but it's the best option out there currently so proceed with confidence.
The app does what it is supposed to do. I use it to remove the PayPal express checkout. This did not work at first but customer service has helped me and fixed it for me.
