After 5-7 days my shopping cart icon dissapeared and nobody could buy anything for 10 hours.

Lost around 800€ in revenue. Thank you !

Hi there,
Thank you very much for your review. Reviews such as yours help us improve the app for the sake of our merchants.

One of Poof's functionalities is the "Hide Cart" - a feature that is designed to send customers directly to checkout after they add a product to the cart. That feature is also hiding the cart in order to prevent visitors from accessing it.

I've noticed that you had the "Hide Cart" feature turned on - which is probably the reason why your shopping cart icon was disappeared. That feature can be controlled from the app's dashboard.

I just wish you'd contacted us about your concern as we are highly available in both email and chat and we would have helped you immediately :-)

I tried to reach out to you privately via email but never heard back.
