Cart Block: checkout validator

Love Cart Block app. This is by far the most versatile and flexible in terms of blocking rules.

Many apps promised email, address and phone number blocks but will require you to entre the exact value. Cart Block is the only app that offers "fuzzy block" rule where you can block checkouts containing certain values.

My store was hit by card testers, who were using my payment gateway to test stolen credit cards. With Cart Block app, it mitigated the risk with payment gateway. I tried many apps like Blockify, BoosterMark, Negate etc. None of them were as flexible as Cart Block.

When I reached out for support, Andrea replied promptly and implemented additional blocking parameters for me to use. This level of customer-centric approach plus the flexibility of the app means that I was able to ward off attempts at credit card fraud.

I will highly recommend this app to any merchants who experience card tester fraud issues, or anyone who requires product or geo blocking rules implemented at checkout.

i was having issues with scammers testing stolen credit cards on my site and i wanted to prevent this. i reached out to shopify for assistance with getting v3 added to my checkout but per shopify it's only available to those on the plus plan.

after a few days of research i ran across this app and tested it out - i had to reach out to customer service to assist me with making sure the app would prevent the card testing and after a few emails, we set up a call so that we could make sure the app would in fact prevent card testing. during the call customer service noticed that an update to the app was needed and made me aware that they would update the app and get back to me. less than 5 hours later i received confirmation that the app had been updated, allowing me the ability to set new rules.

since then the almost hourly card testing attempts have stopped. i am so very grateful for this app the customer SUPPORT. if you have card testing issues on your site, this is the app for you!

Excellent app! We had BOTS card testing on our webstore and tried a few other apps that just didn't work. As of today, the BOTS are gone! Cart Block was simple to use and set up. We had minor issue at the beginning found out we had to update our checkout for this to work properly. Andrea was extremely helpful and was able to hop on a call with me. Thanks again! Excellent customer support, always respond within a few minutes and solve all issues. The app works as it should. New features are always being added and feature requests are also taken as feedback for development. Highly recommend!
