There are a few things that can be tricky to set up...BUT FEAR NOT!! This support staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have the settings just right. Sometimes it takes a couple Validations to get things set up.

The only way you are getting frustrated is if you don't use the in app chat to get connected to those who can help you most.

Can't figure it out...they will help!

Great customer support. Actually AMAZING customer support.
I was unable to get a validation tuned to effectively block a BOT attack.
Customer support tech Andrea set up an online call where we worked through the process to arrive at solution.
He spent the time to get it right and then stay on the line to test the validation to ensure that it worked correctly.
Five stars isn't high enough for this kind of support.
