Onspruce Cart Insights

I love being able to see which products are creating activity and where the action is coming from so I can be more targeted with my marketing initiatives.

This used to be an amazing app with great insight into what people on my site were looking at in their carts. Now it seems to be hit or miss. I use this in conjunction with the shopify live view. So I can see when someone is on the site and when they are checking out. Then I will check on the OnSpruce app and it will show no one checking out...the most recent will maybe be an 30-60min ago. We tested the app for a few days: it is visually appealing and basically shows the most important data. Unfortunately, the IP of the visitor is missing.
