The Cart Lock app is working great. Our Shopify store offers free mp3 downloads. This is a popular product for us. This free product draws many people to our store. However, recently several bot customers were creating a bunch of fake orders. We were able to tag the bot customers as "Blacklisted" and the Cart Lock app has stopped the problem. Thanks!

We were getting a large number of orders for $0.00. Our site functions primarily as a quoting tool but scammers were getting around the request for quote feature to place orders.
