This app was great but all of a sudden our customers are losing carts all the time when they thought they were saved.

Its an app you should have. How many saved carts does it take for you to make back the $3.99? Pays for itself. No reason not to give it a whirl.
update: wish it kept track of how many saved carts moved on to checkout. other apps are starting to track this, which means i am looking at other apps.
We have been using this App for a while now. It seems to work well and we have had no complaints from customers.
App worked good untill recently, not compatible anymore with recent chrome cookie requirements. Waiting for feedback from support, if resolved, back to 5 stars :)
There no option to manually remove the 'persistent_cart' auto-tag of every order that utilized it. There should always be these type of options for the end-user to do it themselves. Contacted developer, and they removed the auto-tag. Thanks!
