Just installed after reading about it on a Shopify Blog. Will update this review in due course. But so far installing has been a piece of cake
We had a problem with our Shopify account, in error we thought it was Persistent cart. Persistent cart did follow up and guided us in the right direction for answers.

This app was great but all of a sudden our customers are losing carts all the time when they thought they were saved.
