This app was great but all of a sudden our customers are losing carts all the time when they thought they were saved.

A lot of dropped carts, unhappy customers and lost money. Still waiting for a response after sending an email 3 days ago. It's also impossible to speak with them over the phone. Will change my rating once everything has been fixed.
