Hello good day, the abandoned cart does not recognize me, I did a test with a client and it does not recognize that there is a new abandoned cart, help please.

The abandoned Cart emails are good but whatsapp is far more accessible for abandoned carts. So it is easier to rescue carts.

The app helped us a lot. Whatsapp as a communication tool helps us reach the audience instantly and helped us recovered a quite a lot of abandoned carts.

It has recovered around 40 orders for us. We're really happy with the broadcast feature also. It is the perfect addition to our sales funnel.

We implemented this app to help with the abandoned check outs. We got our first sale with in a day. It's very easy to use. You can personalise your messages that you want to send and add offers with links which is great and also easily speak to customers if they have any questions to help complete their purchase. I would recommend this app.
