Dr Cart Shipping Rates & Rules

Excellent customer service and a great product! We needed a couple of custom changes to our cart and Yavor was very responsive and efficient.

Great app! I think people was leave the cart of my store because it you had to fill everything before arriving to the shipping cost, but with this app this problem is solved! I had some issues with the installation but Yavor from the support team was really helful and patient with me.

The App support goes above and beyond for the client. We wanted to show our customers how much shipping would cost right out of the gate so there are no surprises (our customers pay exactly what we pay). We didn't like the color of the text because our shopify theme is dark. They showed us a better place to put the widget and even went above and beyond to show us better ways to show our customers real-time shipping rates! I'm also impressed that the developer got back to me so quickly. I had responses within hours if not sooner! For reference, we are in the (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada) zone.

Great app at a reasonable price. A shipping rates calculator is a must have. Extremely responsive customer service. I requested a feature and had it implemented within an hour...don't think I will ever have another software company top that.

I love this app because I hate when I go to a store and have to create an account just to find out what shipping is. That is why I got the app. But it also has a free shipping bar as well. It was easy to install and is working great. I had a little glitch due to the theme I used and they fixed it within the hour! Great customer service! Highly recommend!

This app does what it says and is super easy to use and easy to configure. It actually 'adds' to the store's overall appearance and encourages store owners to add free shipping over a certain amount for some countries. I haven't utilised the support but the initial email I got was very welcoming.

So far, so awesome! I originally reached out after seeing their app on YouTube and installing it. The install kept crashing so I left a comment on their video and they responded really fast, got access to my account and helped get the app installed. A couple of bugs needed to be worked out at first but customer service was awesome, super quick and had everything working perfectly in no time. They also responded to all my questions right away. Thank you for your help everyone at Shop Doctors, including Toby and Yavor!

I now have a very cool up-front shipping rate displayed to my customers before they have to jump through hoops and submit their personal info. I expect this to increase my conversions by providing transparency and clarity that the shipping costs are reasonable.... AND, I expect more customers to consider adding more items to qualify for our free shipping as well!
