One day we saw our app just stopped working (cart estimates). I reached out and the developer responded with a detailed issue with Shopify's API and they recommended I take it up with Shopify to encourage them to escalate their API update. I did that and the next day Shopify fixed their API endpoints which allowed the app to work again. A bit of an inconvenience but proactive support helped us work together to get it up again.

App errors caused serious financial harm to our business.
After we contacted support, the developer disabled key features without notice, making checkout impossible.
Currently under Shopify Plus review. Would not trust this app for live operations.

This merchant's account was scheduled for closure after an extended history of difficult interactions with the merchant. We provided notice and transition time in accordance with our Terms of Service.
No app functions or configurations were intentionally removed prior to that termination date. The only administrative action taken was a billing cancellation on the day before the subscription renewal, which may have unintentionally affected some features. We immediately reviewed the event and preserved all logs for Shopify's compliance team.
For transparency, both 1-star reviews visible here were posted by the same person on the same day. Across all our apps, we've served tens of thousands of Shopify stores and have received hundreds of 5-star reviews with just three 1-star ratings over five years.
We remain committed to fair service, prompt support, and full cooperation with Shopify on any review of this matter.
The app has a great impact on customer's shopping experience!
They can see their shipping costs right away without checking out, even at the product page!
Less page navigation makes the customers less frustrated and this gravitates them to browse and shop more with ease, hence more sales.
The customization page makes the setup really easy, no need to know html or css coding, it's all done within their page.
Finally, Vlad was outstanding in addressing our additional requests and questions regarding integrations with third-party shipping apps. He found effective solutions to our problems and provided excellent customer service, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout.
