Super Seamless App! PLUS awesome customer / tech support (from Nate) - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be using on all our store migrations - If I could give 6 STARS I would!

Not sure what went wrong for other people. The app worked really well for us pulling over from OSCommerce.

Was a little stressful in the first hour trying to set up and I gave up, but the support staff ere excellent contacted me by email and set it all up for me after solving the issue. The migration then went well and all was done! Would never have been able to do it without the support staff but they were fantastic and we got the job done thanks to their great assistance.

Efficient way to transfer orders and customer data. I used this to migrate from volusion to shopify and it save me so much time.

This is a great app for moving over your store (bigcommerce). Simple and quick, saved us a lot of time, especially for big catalogs. Very worth the price, THANK YOU!

Cart2cart is the real deal! They handled my pretashop to Shopify migration impeccably. Will definitely consider their service for future project

BY FAR THE WORST APP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INSANELY HORRIBLE!! My import was done incorrectly and their company is located in Ukraine so if you want customer service you have to contact them at like 4-5 AM USA Eastern time and regardless they don't have a tech team that actually knows what they're doing, they have to outsource it somewhere else! If you email them with a question they get back to you 24 hours later, just ridiculous!! I told them I want my money back numerous times and they just won't refund it to me so I have to file a chargeback just like many other people have like I read online... Don't take it from me, just google cart2cart reviews and you'll see how many upset customers there are! I wish I saw all those reviews before I paid my hard earned money that they won't even refund now! DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Terrible. Absolute scam. Migrated orders and customer information; does NOT migrate passwords NOR create an account so there is no way for customers to log in at all. Password reset doesn't even work. Furthermore now all their email addresses are in the system so they cannot even use the same email address to create a new account. If you want to totally nuke your store and alienate all your current customers, by all means use Cart2Cart.

EDIT: The limitations are a Shopify issue and not the fault of Cart2Cart - however, they are less than forthcoming with this information before the migration and lead you to believe that all will be well once migration is complete, which is not accurate.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! They did our migration halfway through then wouldn't proceed until we gave them a five star rating. They totally blackmailed us. The final results were not ideal. You're better off using piecemeal uploaders to upload all of your orders/customers/products. Use them at your own risk.
