very bad customer support ! app didn't work as it should be and I have reached out to tech support 3 times already and I get is the run around. they ask me to explain everything all over then advise that tech will reach back to me.

Cart2Cart was able to provide customer service that warranted a review change, initially I had given them 2 stars but they really took solving the problems to heart, which many companies do not. owning my own business I can really appreciate that. Everything is going smoothly on our new Shopify site and we are loving it!

Great app to merge an existing Magento store with my shopify store. Every thing was really easy and quick.Only slight issue was it seemed to miss a few redirects, and a few images were lost. But apart from that it saved me loads of time and developer costs. Really useful app for migrations!

Migration for Shopify is exactly what I needed when making the huge decision to migrate my website. By reducing the time needed to import products and orders - I can now focus on design and other very important things to ensure a smooth cart to cart transition.

The service would probably work fine if you have a very basic store. However in my case I have items with several variants and it caused serious problems. I paid for the insurance so I would have the two weeks of support and 2 extra migrations.

The two extra migrations would be great if you kept updating your old site and wanted to refresh the new one as you are working on it. This is not the case however. Whenever their support (more on them later) changes something you have to use a migration to test it and see if it works. Needless to say it gets used up quick.

Their support is foreign, which is not really a surprise. However they have zero phone support only if you want to buy, they have a sales person you can talk to. The online support people do not talk or type rather very good English. It takes 5x longer than it should to tell them what you want and for them to respond back with something reasonable. It also seems like they take no support notes. To top it all of they cannot really do anything. You have to wait for them to relay a message to their techs, which are also foreign and on the other side of the world. So just getting a response from a tech takes 24 hours.

Overall it was nice that it brought in my old orders. However after much stress and hours of wasted time with their support who still does not understand why it was not working. Needless to say I decided to the product part of my migration manually and it was a breeze. Shopify even has a page that tells you what each field is. If you can use OpenOffice Calc then you can do it yourself.

On a closing note, their policy is that they do not give any refunds unless their techs cannot figure out the problem. 12 days later they still could not figure out my problem and refuse to give me a refund :(

TERRIBLE!

I needed to just remigrate the same files over i already paid for, they wanted me to pay again.

After tirelessly telling them it is the same files they still wanted money. So i paid. They remigrated and i specifically chose "DO NOT DELETE DATA" and they deleted ALL data from my store, CMS pages, products, etc...

What a terrible experience, hours and hours and hours of time lost.

The transition from Big Commerce to Shopify was made easy with the Cart2Cart App. I was able to transfer my customer data, previous orders and discount codes with no problem. The process was quick and easy and the optional insurance for re-migration in the event of an error is a great feature. I really appreciate how much this app has helped me. www.bootblack.com.au

NEVER would I use this again. I give one star just because their pre purchase sales ability is very good! There is so much work to do after they HAVE YOU do the migration. Customer service was delayed emails, and the time I made a lady speak to me and struggled to understand her, it was no help. They wanted MORE money, and it took everything over in a jumbled mess.

Still 0 Star.
The migration service is poor.
I'm try the full migration but I just lost my time. the synchronization sistem is too much Bad
And Now I just need my Refund by my add fund but they don't give it to me.

UPDATE
They starting refund process AFTER 2 WEEKS. And they is SO ANOING because I’m just want my Refund and they still saying many times

“ We will be able to add $50 to your Cart2Cart account, if you change the review in Shopify. It is very important for us.”

Really they Don't care about CUSTOMERS and a GOOD Quality Service.
