The best and fastest customer service I've ever seen. The app is awesome. 5:50 am and they answered immediately and helped to configure the app in two minutes. amazing!!!

This application is quite straightforward, and the customer service is very helpful and forthcoming! However, if you require any kind of customisation with the back in stock pop up you need to request help from a developer which is a shame. It would be the perfect application if you could select your desired colours and font to match your theme without going through customer service.

So far so good. It does what I need it to do and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Support is very fast and friendly. Would recommend!

I just signed up with the free plan and the on-boarding has been a really positive and great experience. It looks like the feature can do everything we're looking for at the moment (a simple way to get ppl to sign up and receive a back in stock email). We are a small business so we're just using the free plan for now until we have enough customers signing up online with our "out of stock" products.

I'm overall impressed with the immediate help I had with setup. That alone is worth the 5 stars! I look forward to this app helping us streamline the back-in-stock automated responses!
