Using it for 2 months now, have given me good ROI so far. Must have app for any store, definitely will recommend it to others as well.
Great app! The customer service is wonderful and the team is really kind! I had a problem with the app not working properly with my theme and they fixed it for me really fast. I 100% recommend!
Surprisingly, when you are taking time to make the setting of the application ... they are the ones who write to you by chat about if you have any issue !! wow! just at the time I was going to do it.
They carry out tests with you to see if everything works well and to do the necessary modifications and very quickly!
So far so good. They helped install the button very quickly. I mainly want to use this app to notify customers when an item is in stock, only reason i wont give it 5 stars is because I just started using it.
When signed up i was prompted a message from an actual person to help set up the app for my needs. There was a css issue with the backend of my site that prevented other apps from working and the guys at cartbite fixed it in less than 10 minutes. The interface looks great and looking forward to using it more. Definitely would recommend
For a free app, I was expecting more issues connecting but the support chat window was right there to assist with working through a couple of tiny bugs and done. Awesome customer support and I definitely recommend trying out this app. It will save a lot of time answering emails from the Contact Us feature and customers will automatically know when they can come back and complete their shopping carts. I'm working with the Basic Shopify theme so it's nice to know there are apps out their with customizable features that allow personalization. I fully intend to upgrade to one of the paid plans as I find the need for more features that will leave us more time to focus on servicing customers. Thank you!
I just added this app to my website. I haven't gotten to fully use it yet but customer service went above and beyond to help me get everything set up. And I love that it was a really fair price for the different levels of options available. Excited for how this will help our customers and sales.
Unprofessional asking for a review on an app after not even having it for a day. I would have been more than happy to leave a review after having a chance to review the product. Unprofessional to email me telling me I forgot to review it.
We've just installed, seems intuitive, but we needed the support to finish some settings. We're excited to see the results!
