Support was very responsive in helping to set up the app. Just a note: for those who want to fully customise the email, you might need a bit of HTML knowledge due to the formatting/margin/padding.

We use this app for its "Back in Stock " functionality ,it works as it should, has a reasonable price and the developers are quick and happy to alter the location of the button for us.
We've now installed this on two sites

Response time is amazing! Glad to have apps that understand how important it is to have an in-app chat feature to immediately step in to solve problems rather than emailing back and forth for weeks like some of these other apps we have had trouble with. We had a problem setting up this app to work with our custom page builder but the support responded within minutes of us asking for help and got our issue resolved. I highly recommend this app.
