KB Back In Stock Restock Alert

Just installed this app to replace another app we were using that is going to be discontinued/unavailable. So far - it's awesome! I actually think it's even better than the app we used before. In the process of setting up the Back in Stock widget, we received immediate help from Sam to move the notification button to be more visible (under the SOLD OUT button). And it completely integrates & matches our website theme!! The free version is perfect for our small business (for now) as we can't afford to pay for a ton of apps in addition to the daily expenses it takes to run a business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

I added this app to my store this morning and needed some help with showing out of stock items on my particular theme. Sam was VERY helpful and added a unique button for me that enables me to work round the conditions of my theme. Very happy with the service and looking forward to using the app on my store. When signed up i was prompted a message from an actual person to help set up the app for my needs. There was a css issue with the backend of my site that prevented other apps from working and the guys at cartbite fixed it in less than 10 minutes. The interface looks great and looking forward to using it more. Definitely would recommend

For a free app, I was expecting more issues connecting but the support chat window was right there to assist with working through a couple of tiny bugs and done. Awesome customer support and I definitely recommend trying out this app. It will save a lot of time answering emails from the Contact Us feature and customers will automatically know when they can come back and complete their shopping carts. I'm working with the Basic Shopify theme so it's nice to know there are apps out their with customizable features that allow personalization. I fully intend to upgrade to one of the paid plans as I find the need for more features that will leave us more time to focus on servicing customers. Thank you!

So far so good. Installation help was outstanding! Pretty intuitive app but help made it much easier!
I will review again in a couple of weeks when we know how it is working for us and the customers!
