KB Back In Stock Restock Alert

I am very excited about this app. The cost is so reasonable. I had some issues with installation and received immediate feedback. So far, it's working perfectly!

A very simple APP with just the right function to boost my daily sales. I had a little difficulty setting up on my Shopify Store but Sam was very quick to step in and resolve my issues. In this busy world it is refreshing to receive excellent Customer Service from half way around the world at any time of the day.
I plan to upgrade my plan to be sure the app works seemlessly and also so contribute to a One Man Business!!!

Cart Bite Back in Stock alert is a great little plugin - we are constantly answering queries about out of stock products - so this app allows the alerts to be automated and has improved our CS team response rates as well! But I want to discuss the customer service - which is TOP notch and quick responses! I would highly recommend this app for a small catalog merchant like ourselves, but with certain that this app could work with any size catalog - large or small!

Excellent application, simple and does just what is required, it also looks great for setting up your databases and not losing customers due to low stock, especially if you are starting out and using their initial plan.
Furthermore, any problem they themselves help you with the implementation in a very short time.

Cart Bite Back in Stock alert is a great little plugin! But the customer service is even better!
I made a few changes to my website that messed up KB's interface with it because I'm an uneducated dumb dumb, I instantly opened their customer service chat box, vaguely and loosely describe the problem then went to bed. When I woke up, Sam at KB at solved and fixed everything with plenty of time to spare for me to prep for relaunching some products. IDK how the tech wizard did it.
Thanks KB! You guys are doing a great service for us less technically inclined!

Great app & amazing customer service. I've needed help a couple of times and Sam responded and fixed my issues within 24 hours each time. I've been able to get stats on what sold out items are most wanted by customers. Highly recommended!
