We had updated our template and the notifying button was not displayed properly, so just a quick chat with the Krtbite team and it was fixed within a couple of minutes.

So far the app has been a great addition to our shop and we highly recommend it. Next to the additional features that they provide, they also have one of the lowest subscription fee compared to populair competitors.

It's very useful, Notify email are being sent very quickly.
I am waiting for enough subscribers.

We love this app and their customer service! We have had so many additional orders by being able to notify our customers whenever we get their product back in stock. When we wanted customized changes for where the button was located, and visual changes so it matched our website, etc. they made the changes right away without charging us any fees. You won't be disappointed!

It's the solution we've been looking for. It does what it needs to do. The customer support is proactive and great at responding to your questions. The pricing is competitive. Been using this app for months and it's been great. Actually love the side page "out of stock signup" location. Other locations also available. I just came across an issue that I created by changing a variant (thus a SKU) of an item after customers had already signed up to be notified when back in stock.

When the item was placed back in stock the emails were not triggered. I got in touch with support via the chat window and in a few mins. they were able to figure it out and send out the emails. My mess up they fixed!
