LOVE this app and the customer service is 100%!!! Every time I need the littlest adjustment, they are on it rapid fast! This feature has really helped me to leverage upcoming launches. I add the soon to be launched item (to create hype and excitement) and people can "reserve" the item. The moment it launches, they are the first to shop. This is a great app, does exactly what it says it does.
It's a powerful tool for driving sales and is incredibly easy to set up and amazing value.

Very good customer service, emails seem to be sent in a timely manner.
I love how the back in stock button opens a modal with a variant selector to confirm to the customer which exact product / variant you are signing up for.
I would be nice if the customer could sign up for multiple sold out variants in a single action instead of doing them all individually.
