It seemed to work for some time until recently when I noticed that it significantly overcharged an order. I am not sure if it was because of the new carriers of Shipbob, but we're talking of a $30 discrepancy. I tried to troubleshoot and redo the shipping zones of our Shopify store, but it only made a turn for the worse when Cartbob stopped working completely. Now customers get the same prompt, "This order can’t be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information." Kindly advise on what to do. The idea behind the app is great, but it's not working properly.
