CartBot: Gift with purchase

Although the Apps that these guys do including Seal Subscription and Bundler are excellent, what sets this company apart is the phenomenal customer and technical support that you receive when using these apps.
They always get back to you within minutes, not days and always ensure that they resolve any issues / challenges you come across. I am not a web developer at all so needed more help than most but these guys have helped me get the website I have wanted for years because of their support and the amazing apps they do. The app works really well and is easy to use. Had a few issues since I was running different apps in the cart at the same time, but the support was awesome, and they helped me fix it quickly.

We have been using the free version for a few years and have upgraded to use the additional features. CartBot is a simple and useful apps for our online store.

Great experience. The support team is always there to help and explain things. We achieved what we needed with the free plan. The app is working as expected and it treats corner cases as well. Very happy with this app.

Using for a while, very good app, the free feature provides more than enough for me, seems like there is no conflicts in checkout like some other apps I have used before. I may consider the paid plan when the store get bigger.
