I've been using this app to automatically add products eligible for the "Buy X, Get Y" discounts. Ever since we initiated a campaign offering customers a free product upon reaching a certain threshold, our conversion rates have skyrocketed. Achieving this bump in conversions while maintaining an optimal customer experience wouldn't have been possible without this app.
Without CartBot, customers would have had to manually add the free gift to their carts.
I've experimented with various other apps with similar functionalities. However, many attempted to do too much, and weren't integrated seamlessly with Shopify's discount system—instead, they had their own distinct discount methods.
The simplicity of CartBot is its standout feature. I appreciate that it doesn't push unnecessary functions onto users.
Furthermore, when we encountered what I'd term a "bug," the CartBot team was quick to respond. They resolved the issue in just a few days.
