This is a really good tool I use it to combine a subscription product with Hardware. Yes I could replace the add to cart button with a custom coded add to cart but I had issues as we have product variants and I wanted the native variant selection shopify products has to work. This solved the issue. In use on 3 of my sites, support interaction has been great. They solved an issue with a Free Gifts I wanted to add dependant on cart value, they sorted the issue straight away. Definitely a positive review.

Works great for our purposes where we sell bulk product and the container needs to be added. The support staff are super helpful when we have run into issues and resolve anything quickly.

We were super frustrated with their min/max product issue earlier - it wasn't adding gifts based on quantities which led to a lot of complaints.

After speaking with Marko & Peter, they diagnosed the issue and fixed it, it is now working as intended.

Just like any other user, at the end of the day we just want a prompt solution to our problem, and the team delivered it.

We've been using this app to simply add a 'free sample' for every purchase. It's super simple to setup and I've NEVER had any issues after it was created.

The only missing feature is that there is (that I can find) no way to have a rule *exception*. For example, if someone adds just a Gift Card to the cart CartBot will still add the sample (which requires shipping) thus adding shipping fee to the gift card only order.

Awesome in theory, just doesn't fire every time. And when you are doing hundreds of orders a day, can become a part-time job trying to correct fulfillment.

UPDATE: Their customer service has done everything they can to try to fix this and I think they deserve the 5 stars. Their app has helped me a ton and is definitely better than when I first installed it. I would recommend.
