CartBot: Gift with purchase

Works for enabling the user to automatically add a FREE gift when they customer buys a certain amount

I wanted an add to cart app to do a free gift with purchase. This app worked great for the auto add to cart, but then I learned I needed a second app do discount the "free gift" item
