Great app so far, does the job, and fast customer support.

We were super frustrated with their min/max product issue earlier - it wasn't adding gifts based on quantities which led to a lot of complaints.

After speaking with Marko & Peter, they diagnosed the issue and fixed it, it is now working as intended.

Just like any other user, at the end of the day we just want a prompt solution to our problem, and the team delivered it.

Works great for our purposes where we sell bulk product and the container needs to be added. The support staff are super helpful when we have run into issues and resolve anything quickly.

Awesome in theory, just doesn't fire every time. And when you are doing hundreds of orders a day, can become a part-time job trying to correct fulfillment.

UPDATE: Their customer service has done everything they can to try to fix this and I think they deserve the 5 stars. Their app has helped me a ton and is definitely better than when I first installed it. I would recommend.

I use CartBot to automatically add freebies or required items (like sample oils or info cards) to the cart when customers buy certain products. It’s perfect for my wellness store where I sometimes run promos like “Buy a crystal, get a free pouch
