The app hasn’t been working for 15 days – showing a 500 error.

shows all the time the error 503.

thank you for your review. I understand your frustration — but I’d like to clarify that our app is online and working correctly for all other customers. We also replied to your support ticket immediately, asking for your store URL so we could investigate, but unfortunately we haven’t received this information from you. Without knowing your store, it’s impossible for us to identify the problem and provide a fix.
From experience, a 503 error can sometimes occur if the synchronization process was interrupted (e.g. closing the browser tab too early). In such cases, simply uninstalling and reinstalling the app usually solves the issue.
We’d be very happy to help you personally — please share your store URL with us at support@cartcraft.io or via our support portal, and we’ll look into your case right away. If the issue is resolved, we’d really appreciate it if you could consider updating or correcting your review accordingly.
