Es una de las mejores apps que hemos usado hasta el momento. El retorno de venta que genera es totalmente medible. Además el soporte es super rápido y siempre te ayudan con los requerimientos técnicos.
We’ve been using this app almost for 2 years and haven’t experienced any issues so far. We are using the paid VIP plan mainly because of the Automated WhatsApp Messages and WhatsApp CRM features, which work very well for our needs. We also actively use the chat feature on a regular basis.
Their support team is very responsive and provides quick solutions to our requests, even on weekends. Highly recommended.
La app me ha cobrado por tres meses , más de usd 300, los whatsapp no llegan en Colombia, cobran sin verificar el funcionamiento, hay otras que por solo usd 10 al mes, y envían perfecto. Solicitaré un refund, por lo anterior

Durante el período de tres meses mencionado, los mensajes de WhatsApp se enviaron y entregaron correctamente a clientes en Colombia. Tras revisar juntos los registros de entrega, el comercio confirmó que los mensajes fueron recibidos, y que la inquietud planteada estaba relacionada con el valor comercial de los mensajes, y no con un problema de entrega.
Nuestra estructura de precios y el funcionamiento de las automatizaciones (los mensajes se envían a todos los pedidos que cumplen las condiciones una vez que la automatización está habilitada) fueron explicados claramente antes y durante el uso del servicio. También recomendamos desactivar la automatización si no se ajustaba a las necesidades del negocio, pero esta se mantuvo activa.

Le support est super réactif et l'application permet vraiment de tout automatiser notament pour récupérer les paiements abandonnés. C'est vraiment rentable
Me gusta mucho la aplicacion, a pesar de lo simple que se ve es super funcional, envia campañas de marketing, recordatorio de carrito abandonado y más, ademas de que el soporte tecnico es rapido y responde siempre que estan disponibles!
super helpful team and great app. I'm running a fashion store with 40k monthly revenue and CK whatsapp's automated abandoned cart messages bring me at least 5-10% of that revenue!
Excelente app. Lo único que no me gusta del todo, es que para actualizar los mensajes automáticos, tengas que esperar entre 24 y 48 horas.
Very good experience. Was able to recover so many abandoned carts. Very fast response from their engineers. love it!

I have only had this app a couple of days and already it has recovered a checkout as the bundle the customer had selected didnt have an option that my customer wanted. CK by sending the automated abandoned checkout message, allowed me to easily get into a comversation with the customer who ended up ordering over double his initial cart. A must have for Shopify stores and highly reccomended.
I had a few setup issues but mostly user error probably due to me being excited about the app and trying to set it up in a hurry, but Vinodh kindly and very promptly checked everything and corrected any errors for me. The app works flawless and no doubt is going to have a huge increase in my recovered checkouts. Thank you
