Escribí un email pidiendo el DPA (Data Processing Agreement), pero no hubo respuesta. Opté por ponerme en contacto a través del chat de la app con un agente de soporte. Y finalmente hubo respuesta, sus políticas de privacidad, lo cual no era un DPA, ni era aceptable para cumplir la ley europea.

Pero me han vuelto a contactar, con un DPA con el cual ya puedo operar con esta App en la UE, así que un final Feliz.
Espero que siga siendo así.

Increíble herramienta para mi tienda online
Esta app ha sido clave para aumentar mis ventas. Pude automatizar los mensajes de bienvenida y recuperar clientes que no habían completado su compra, ¡todo sin esfuerzo! Lo mejor es que los descuentos se aplican automáticamente, lo que hace que la experiencia del cliente sea muy fluida.
Sencilla de usar, intuitiva y con un soporte excelente. ¡Muy recomendada para cualquier negocio que venda online!

Funciona muito bem. Tem algumas coisas que precisam melhorar e que a plataforma não oferece, mas o atendimento deles é excelente, então caso precise de alguma função que a plataforma não oferece eles dão um jeito de te ajudar com isso. Espero que melhorem as opções de customização de mensagens (tem que ser parecido com a do próprio meta, onde você adiciona as variáveis que gostaria, colocar bold para destacar uma palavra, etc).

E os Reports das campanhas de marketing, precisam ser mais completas.

Mas sigo usando, o atendimento deles compensa, tudo que quero fazer tenho conseguido com eles.
