i have had this app for a bit. it does great though i cant quite say that my average order value has increased since i begun using the app . But it does work beautifully.

Overall the support is responsive, however there were certain gaps and feature issue due to which making it 4 star. With some feature additions and solving support issues, the app may deserve 5 star.

Some basic features are good which are included in free plan and with basic efforts those can be configured. However, if you want to use advanced then challenges begin.
I wanted to use marketing campaigns, and submitted the campaigns. However after a day the campaigns show "Waiting for review". However I couldn't see any templates in my Facebook Business account. Since marketing is configured with my account, so that would be my obvious expectation. When I contacted customer care, they informed that since your store is in development and password protected the campaigns can't be approved. So effectively the campaigns are pending with carthike team itself, and they are just sitting on it.
No information, no sla and no help anywhere on the app.
How a merchant will figure out on the next steps. When asked some further question, the response was very cold as "out Q&A team is looking into the questions and we'll get back to you with answers". Waiting for it and no response so far. I believe the basic purpose of the customer support is to provide the answers to queries and representaives handling should have some basic knowledge about the customer queries. It's not like, there're some core tehnical questions for which they need to consult the dev team. These are some basic usage questions, which were forwarded to Q&A team. Possibly the team needs to hire better and knowledgeable representatives.
Easy to use, good for chat and cart recovery. Would recommend if a simple feature was required for chat.
Great app for all new budding e-commerce websites to recover their abandoned carts. Great way to interact with the customers and address their concerns as well.
I find this app very helpful easy to use. quite convenient. Support team is also cooperative in time of need.

Escribí un email pidiendo el DPA (Data Processing Agreement), pero no hubo respuesta. Opté por ponerme en contacto a través del chat de la app con un agente de soporte. Y finalmente hubo respuesta, sus políticas de privacidad, lo cual no era un DPA, ni era aceptable para cumplir la ley europea.
Pero me han vuelto a contactar, con un DPA con el cual ya puedo operar con esta App en la UE, así que un final Feliz.
Espero que siga siendo así.
Very nice app. Very helpful for my website. It allows customers to communicate with us through WhatsApp in a timely manner, and can also send abandoned purchase messages.
I was struggling with setup and sent a msg for assistance. I got an immediate response and the issue was resolved
I like I can have WhatsApp chat and recovery messages at once.
The support from its time was excelente
Page doesn't lead to the Whatsapp app but the browser, even for mobile. Free though, and quite customisble, but it should really be seamless.
