The support of the app is bespoke. Customer service is doing their job very well! However, I find the whole interface quite difficult to operate.
Using this app currently and loving the help with abandoned carts and retargeting based off of cart interest
The app has a lot of bugs, I didn't like the customer service, there are better alternatives than this app
