THIS APP DID NOT WORK FOR US. WE DO REGRET USING IT - WE DID FOR THE LONGEST TIME BUT WERE TOO BUSY TO START ALL OVER AGAIN WITH A MUCH BETTER CHOICE with OTHERs AND THEY'RE SO MANY..
We used this app for 3 or more years, now as we are shopping around, we can safely say: the app has TONS OF BUGS and tons of technical issues and very poor customer service, till the last day, we kept following up on emails about technical issues we had, too much headache, they tell you "clear your cache", "your computers are old" or "not strong enough" - what a joke. One whole campaign just disappeared. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE?!! They just suggested removing emails, which they did, we don't know what they removed and we never got this resolved. We CANNOT PUT A PRICE TAG ON HOW MUCH MONEY WE LOST over the years, we had to rewrite 100+ email templates and so many campaigns TWICE! in 3 years. We were asked to pay 4 times more, just because we complained about so many non-stop technical defects we faced - they said, "so we can serve you better" we need to charge you 4 times more. For us, it was not worth paying more and were very happy to close our account. We now starting with a much better application, costs less, more established and better customer service. We would not use this app even if we're getting paid to use it. For us we believe, THE LONGER we stayed as a business the worse it got, as if we were digging our own graves. LOOK AROUND, DO YOUR homework and make a decision for today and for tomorrow.
I'm new to this app, but so far it looks pretty good. Very good support. I would like to see some changes in the workflow editor options, but other than that it seems pretty nice.

Good app for re-targeting. Easy set up and easy to use. As a startup, I am using their free version and it has been great.

Good, but could be enhanced for user clarity. I'm basing this off other similar apps. I found the start a bit clunky and my onboarding call was scheduled for a time while the agent was AFK. Will update when I see results.
Solid app, really helpful to increase ones roi. Found a few minor bugs but their team sorted everything out swiftly
So far so good. Have not used it yet but I thought it would be worth a shot. Setup was a litlle confusing but not terrible.

Good app so far. Simple interface makes it easy to navigate to the tabs I need. The system is straightforward, set rules and Cart Guru takes care of the activity.
Update: Had some problems at first getting the rules set. Worked with Leo on their team and he's helping me get through it. Also had a chat with Ivi their customer success manager and she's helping create templates and strategies to test. They take good care of their customers.

We are here to help, our technical team is looking into why we don’t get the visitors language information from your website.
In the meantime, we had a look at your account and found an error in the way you set up your retargeting conditions which is the reason why we didn’t retarget any of your abandoned carts. But don’t worry, our customer success team have set up your retargeting strategy to make it work from now on.
Regarding your questions on Facebook Ads, you can set up the pixel properties directly in carts guru (my.carts.guru -> Facebook ads settings) or manually on your website. We have just checked your website, and we can confirm that only one pixel is triggered.
We are more than willing to extend your trial for 10 more days.

The support of the app is bespoke. Customer service is doing their job very well! However, I find the whole interface quite difficult to operate.
This is an important app, comes highly recommended. I havent put it to work fully, but setup was very easy.
