The support of the app is bespoke. Customer service is doing their job very well! However, I find the whole interface quite difficult to operate.
great app very useful so far im already noticing a difference in conversions i hope to continue to see growth
I think this app is really easy to navigate! I love the exit widget. Being able to prompt a discount code before customers leave the site has helped tremendously! This app makes it easy to create discount codes and attach them to different campaigns and widgets.
Taking a trial run and so far it's pretty good. Email+Messenger+SMS all in one place is something I am really looking forward to. Creating email campaigns and SMS process is pretty simple and straight. Worth the shot.

This is an important app, comes highly recommended. I havent put it to work fully, but setup was very easy.
So far so good. Have not used it yet but I thought it would be worth a shot. Setup was a litlle confusing but not terrible.

Worst sms app, price is too expensive and customer service is slow and it won't solve any of your problems, i don't recommend this app to anyone, waste of money

Our customer service is just available during weekdays, therefore, it's normal that our answer delays are higher when reaching out to us during the weekend. Used to work before. New layout seems nice, but I wasn't able to connect my Shopify store anymore, can't connect to Facebook page, got some API error when creating coupon.
