Cart Whisper has been really useful for us. The real-time feed shows exactly what customers are actually doing — which products they’re viewing, what they add to cart, what they remove, and where they get stuck. The live feed gives us a much clearer picture than Shopify ever did.

The Cart ID feature is something we rely on every day. When a customer messages us with a question, we can open their exact cart instantly and help them finish the order.

Overall, it’s simple to use and genuinely improves how we support our customers. Highly recommended

This app works extremely well and provides invaluable insights into customer shopping behavior. It also allows customers to submit their carts for discounts on large orders, which is a unique feature—I wasn’t able to find anything similar on Shopify. I experienced a few issues during the initial setup, but the support team fully synced my store with the app, and it now works perfectly.

We absolutely love using Cart Whisper. The app itself is very intuitive and helpful for our specific industry and use case. We often times have to review customer orders prior to them being placed, and Cart Whisper makes this super easy with Cart IDs.

Cart Whisper has been a great tool for my store. Not only does it help me assist customers during checkout, but it actually helped me identify why so many carts were getting abandoned in the first place. Their team worked with me to see where shoppers were dropping off and gave me insights to fix it. Since then, I’ve seen more completed checkouts and happier customers.

I would certainly recommend cart whisper app. It has increased our sales opportunity incredibly allowing our customers reach out to us prior to placing a order. It allows our team monitor any potential sales and follow up if required.

We love the live carts option for actively tracking customer carts. It helps us understand customer behavior. also, the widget with the form on the cart page widget helps our customers with questions, while they are about to complete the orders, and helps us complete these orders.

Great product, allows us to see carts in real time and make draft orders to help customers make the right purchases. They just added live activity feed to allow you to really home in on the customer experience.

We are a very niche custom product, so we provide real expertise to music artists. Having the ability for them to ask questions from the cart is a real nice touch, allows us to make sure the customer has everything they need to get the best experience.

Customer support has been great, have quickly added several functionality requests for us.
