VERY DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMERS LIVE ACTIVITY AND CART ID/INFORMATION. GREAT CART TRACKING AS WELL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT
We really like this app as it gives us us the possibility to see what is happening in carts and even more is the cart widget and exit popup showing a uniqe Cart ID for each customer making it easier for us and our customers if they need help during checkout.

App is great but more than that the customer service is excellent! They answer quickly any time of day or night and even take suggestions to make the app work better for you. I cannot speak highly enough!!
