C: Vip Loyalty Rewards Program

Excellent loyalty app with outstanding support.
Casa Loyalty is a great Shopify app that does exactly what it promises. The app is easy to set up, works smoothly, and gives us powerful tools to build real customer loyalty without unnecessary complexity. The features are well thought out and flexible enough to fit different store needs.
What really stands out is the support and staff. The team is responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They don’t just answer questions, they actually make sure things work the right way and help you get the most out of the app.
Overall, a solid, reliable loyalty solution with great people behind it. Highly recommended for any Shopify store that takes customer retention seriously.

So far this app seems to be running smoothly! I am not officially live, but have run tests as new customers. The process to earn points was simple to set up and seemed easy to understand on the customer end. It was fun setting up the point system and also being able to set up VIP perks was cool. Endless possibilities.

I had a couple of user error moments when it came to the coding but was able to fix it on my own. If you aren't familiar with that side of things, the staff were very positive and offer any help you may need getting your points system up and running.

Casa Loyalty had just about everything I was looking for for my rewards program. Though I do wish there was a free birthday gift option. I had 1 issue but the team responded in a timely fashion so I do recommend!

Still working on the app, but it's good. Having the option to create VIP tiers and a point system is great. Setting it up is simple but whenever there are issues their support team is on point with getting the issue resolved. Hopefully they come out with more ways to customize it that doesn't require touching the website's code.

So, there might have been some confusion with original emails, and zoom calls that were setup, and I felt like Ateeb was a non-existent person. When I send a second email about my issue, Ateeb was quick to respond. We had an immediate zoom call and he walked me through all my questions and helped me understand what I needed to fix some issues. This second email and interaction was excellent. He gave me lots of tips, and an easy way to contact him with future questions.

I recently switched to Casa from another free app specifically because I needed Point Expiration and POS integration, which my old app was missing. Making the switch was seamless thanks to the incredible support team.

A huge shoutout to Ateeb, who helped move all my customer data from the previous app and set up the loyalty program for me very quickly. The service was top-notch and made the transition effortless.

To the Dev Team: I am giving this 5 stars because the support and core features are great, but I am betting on you to take this further. My previous app had more flexibility with the landing page design—I’m really hoping to see updates that allow for more "look and feel" adjustments so we can match our branding perfectly.

One major request: Please prioritize a feature where customers can redeem their points right at the checkout or cart. This would be a massive usability upgrade and would drive significantly higher conversions for merchants.

I’m excited to stick with Casa and see these updates roll out!
