Casa Loyalty Program & Rewards

We use the referral program side of the app only and it’s the best one we found so far, simple but does everything we need and offers a good amount of customisation. The support was amazing, very reactive and competent.

Out of all the free rewards options in the Shopify app store this one is definitely the best! Customer service is great! And each step of the way had a tutorial attached. I was also able to use Microsoft CoPilot to help me with the small amount of coding I needed to complete the process. Thank you so much!

So far so good! Does everything I need it to do, great customer service - helped me get set up and integrate points and customers from my previous platform. Simple design. So far I love it!

It's not a perfect app, I required some techincal support.
Tanveer and Ateeb gave me the best support, they fix and tweak some problems I encounter.
The app it's not as friendly as others, but easy to understand and manage.
I have experiencie with other similar apps, like :), and I discover CASA has more functions than other big big loyalty apps and FREE!
CASA it's an app that compete in functions with any other big expensive loyalty app, maybe it's not the prettiest, but it has a COMPLETE environment.

Casa Loyalty had just about everything I was looking for for my rewards program. Though I do wish there was a free birthday gift option. I had 1 issue but the team responded in a timely fashion so I do recommend!
