Finally we had found the almost perfect app for the Loyalty and Reward program for our customers. An app that supports the POS in addition to the webshop.

But after a quick response to my request for help or whether it was also possible to get a different calculation for the points and a call with Ateeb with a solution. Casa Loyalty (Thanks Hamza!! ) customized there app to the most perfect Loyalty and Rewards App for us. It offers many forms of rewards, is nicely adjustable so that it fits well with our websho and store and is lightning fast.

From now on we will definitely only have happy customers, who can save for discounts or free shipping of their orders, for example. For us this means more loyal customers and more sales :-)

I am now even more curious about their other apps.

I’ve been using Casa Subscriptions for a while now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best apps out there for managing subscriptions. The interface is super clear, easy to use, and very complete. On top of that, something I really appreciate is the personalized support I’ve received — every time I had a question or suggestion, the team responded quickly and very kindly. You can tell there’s a dedicated team behind it that truly cares about providing great service.
I highly recommend it, definitely worth trying!

CASA Loyalty has been a game-changer for our store. The app is super easy to set up and integrates seamlessly with our Shopify website. At first, I had trouble displaying the landing page; everything was a bit confusing, but the customer service is excellent. They're very responsive, friendly, and very helpful in resolving any issues. I miss being able to edit the landing page with app blocks instead of the current system, but for now, I'm quite happy with the app. Highly recommended. Now I hope customers become more motivated and eager to buy.

Poor customer service did not respond at all since i downloaded. Wouldnt recommend use this better the paid apps than this.

It's unfortunate that the customer left a 1-star review just a few minutes after sending a message. We reached out multiple times within 24 hours to understand and resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they haven’t been open to a conversation.

We genuinely hope to work toward a resolution and wish the customer had been more willing to cooperate.
