The app works miracles. We were previously using some other apps but this app has been a game changer. From the previous 50-60% success rate of COD confirmation, we are now trending at 90%. The team was also kind enough to accommodate our custom feature request of manually confirming orders if in case the customers do not respond to the SMS outreach. Auto cancellation feature is amazing which lets you cancel orders after a fixed period of time if they are not confirmed (both manual and via app). Undoubtedly one of the best apps on Shopify and certainly the best support we have seen so far from an app developer. 5 stars all the way!!
I use this app to add COD Fees to my Shopify store. It's really easy to use and install. Their support team is also marvelous! I don't know what I would do without this app or there support. You need to try it!

COD King is a game-changer for e-commerce! It verifies COD orders through OTP, reducing fake orders and saving shipping costs. The ability to show/hide COD payment methods and add COD fees is fantastic. Plus, their prompt support team is a huge plus. Highly recommended for all online stores!
