Why I recommend it - the perfect solution for my problem regarding COD, works as advertised, helpful team - very responsive, adequate support
Why I wouldn't recommend it - Slightly pricy for beginners. The free version should have COD Fee option, albeit limited to like 20 - 30 orders a month at least.
Got to know about this app from Shopify apps, and i am more than happy to use it. The best part is customer support and its just fantastic. Highly recommended.

Offers some pretty good features. As an Indian ecom dropshipper confirmation is very important for COD orders, this app seem to solve the fraud and fake orders to some extend. But I would recommend you call the customer too to make sure.
